I declare that I will abide by the Laws and Rules for competition of the IAAF, UK Athletics and AAA of England; that I will be 15 years or over on Sept. 21, 2014; that I will not use devices to aide my race such as mechanical or motorised wheelchairs nor hand cranks; and that I enter and intend to take part entirely at my own risk.

To the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, neither Kew Gardens 10km nor its sponsors or suppliers will be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of the Kew Gardens 10km, its sponsors and suppliers or their respective servants or agents or from any other cause, including any act of God or the physical condition of the competitor.

There will be no refunds once you have entered the race.
